4/16/18 Update – Due to overwhelming demand, we are no longer accepting food, promotional or craft vendors.  We are at capacity and have certain limitations based on the physical layout of the venue and public safety concerns.


Applications with post marks of April 17th or earlier will be accepted.  Applicants submitting after this date will be notified by email and your payment promptly returned to you.

Vendor Space 12’x12’’: $75

Vendors Space 12’x24’: $150

Food Vendor: 12’x12’: $175

Food Truck: $250

Food Vendor Info

All Food Vendors must contact the Milford Board of Health for a 1-day food permit (508) 634-2315. Vendors using Propane must contact the Milford Fire Department for a permit (508) 473- 2256.


All vendors must provide for their own set up. Break down must not occur prior to 4 pm. Please note that electricity is not available.
